Our community is filled with creative individuals, groups and organizations always looking to connect. There are producers and directors looking to hire performers, event coordinators booking bands, and gallery owners hoping to discover the next visual artist for an exhibit.

The Township of Maplewood has built a directory for all those seeking talent, as well as a platform for our arts community to promote, give access and share their catalogue of work.

The Arts Registry is a free online hub serving Maplewood, South Orange and neighboring towns . It focuses on artists, arts professionals and arts organizations, with the goal to extend their local, regional and national market reach.

Part of our mission, at the Division of Arts & Culture (DAC), is to support our arts community giving them visibility, and help the community connect with them. DAC strives to lift our towns as a cultural and artistic center, while continuing to grow and attract visitors.
